ATLAS Applications

What is an Application?

ATLAS applications are powerful databases, dashboards and creation tools for creating, categorizing and managing the data that feeds into many custom widgets.

Content Management Applications

Items located in the Applications menu under Content Management.

FORMS

An easy to use interactive form creator with standard data entry fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, menus, ReCaptcha security and a submit button.  

MEDIA LIBRARIES

The media library is an asset management application to upload, organize and search graphics and documents for use in the website.

PAGES

The Pages Application displays the entire website in an index view to allow for moving, editing, adding and deleting web pages.

On-line Marketing Applications

Items located in the Applications menu under Online Marketing.

EMAIL MARKETING

Allows you to manage the website’s email campaigns and newsletters, recipients, and email templates. You can also track how individual marketing emails are performing.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT

Allows you to manage your contacts used for Email Marketing. Contacts can be added manually one at a time or uploaded in batches using a CSV file.

CONTACT GROUPS

Allows you to manage Email Marketing Contacts by groups. Email Campaigns are sent by Contact Group, not individual contacts.

WEB ANALYTICS

Allows you to measure and analyze key metrics of your website, such as visits, page views, traffic sources or file downloads.

Retailer Portals Applications

Items located in the Applications menu under Retailer Portals.

CATEGORIES

Add categories and manage their global and site hierarchy. These categories appear in the Atlas News Page Type.

DIRECTORY

The Directory Application is a database of location, department and employee information built into Atlas. This data appears in the various location and directory widgets.

HISTORICAL CASH BIDS

A database of historical cash bid documents that are displayed on a page using the Historical Cash Bids Widget.

LOCATIONS

The Locations Application is a simplified view of the Directory Application only showing the locations data.

PRODUCTS

The Products Application is a database of product names, photos and related information that appears in the Featured Product Widget and the Product Category page type.

SAFETY DATA SHEETS

This application manages a database of safety data sheets by name and category for placement on the page in the Safety Data Sheets Widget.

SOCIAL FEEDS

Allows you to add and edit the company Twitter account name, Twitter handle and login values to initiate the feed for the Twitter Widget.

TIMELINE

The Timeline Application is a database of information, including photography, organized by year to be featured in the Timeline Widget.

WIDGET CATEGORIES

This application creates categories that feed into location properties in the Directory Application and the category properties of the Timeline Application.
