Tips to Get Started
Your ATLAS website is live! Whether you have an internal team focused on all things website or website management has been delegated as a secondary task to someone else on your team, we’re here to help.
Here are a few tips to get you started on your ATLAS website journey.
1. Request site access for those on your team that will need it.
Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the first name, last name, and email address of those who will need access to manage your site.
2. Set up a website training
Whether you plan on adding and editing lots of content, or just need to know the basics to keep your site up to date, our team will get you connected with the tools you need. Email email@example.com to request a new user training session. Include times that you are available and who on your team needs to be invited. Initial training sessions usually last for one hour and additional training sessions are scheduled as needed.
3. Explore the resources on the ATLAS support site
Our support site has lots of documentation to help you navigate the different widgets, pages, and applications you’ll be working with in Kentico. These can serve as great reminders of items covered in trainings or ways to learn new skills.
4. Reach out for help
If you have browsed the documentation on the support site and still need some additional assistance, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team will respond within 24 hrs.
