ATLAS - Gallery Image Page Type

The ATLAS - Gallery Image Page Type is used to add the images that are used in a Gallery Widget. Gallery Image pages are typically add to a Folder. This page type is templated with all of the available fields that are displayed in a Gallery Widget including the images and optional captions.

The Gallery Widget is created in two steps, first by building the images here in the Atlas Gallery Image Page Type and then by adding the images to the Gallery Widget. 

Getting Started

1. In the Pages Application, click the plus icon to add a Folder to the content index to hold the images
2. Select the Folder and then add ATLAS - Gallery Image from list of available page types
3. Complete the Properties below
4. Click Save

Properties

PROPERTYDESCRIPTION
Name (required)Text entry field for image name
Content Image (required)

Click “select” button to choose an image via the Media Library Application.

Image Format (required)Click the radio button selection of either Landscape (image appears primarily horizontal) or Portrait (image appears primarily vertical) to define the orientation of the image you have uploaded
Image CaptionAdd an optional short image caption which will display below the image
Content Image TitleThe title attribute on an image adds a tooltip with title text to the image. Hovering the mouse over the image will display the tooltip. Optional but recommended. 
Content Image Alt TextThis attribute provides alternative information for an image if a user for some reason cannot view it (because of slow connection, an error, or if the user uses a screen reader). Optional but recommended.
