Blog List Widget

Blog List Widget

Last updated 02.12.25

The Blog List widget automatically displays all the blog posts in a list format of most recent first. Each list item includes a thumbnail photo and a synopsis and is clickable to the full blog post. The widget creates automatic pagination if the number of blog posts exceeds the maximum number of items displayed. Useful for a “view all” link in the Blog Feed widget.

To create and maintain one or several full-featured blogs for the website requires the use of the Blog Page Type and the Blog Month Page Type. Some thoughtfulness is required to get a blog system set up but the maintenance is simple and only requires a content creator.

Blog List Widget Location

The Blog List Widget is placed on the page automatically in two page types: the Atlas Blog and the Atlas Blog Month. In editing mode the Atlas Blog List widget properties can be accessed and adjusted on the selected Blog or Blog Month page.

Note: the Blog List Widget does not function on any other page types. To add a feed of blog posts to any page, select the Blog Feed Widget.

Blog List Properties

  1. In the Blog List properties pop up, select the page path and the items to display.
  2. Click Apply button to update the widget with selected properties. The properties pop up will automatically close.
