New Animation in Feature Large C & F Widgets

Easy Animation Arrives in ATLAS

An animation known as the Parallax Scrolling Effect is now an enhancement for two popular ATLAS widgets. As users scroll down or across the page, the background images move at a slower pace than the content in the foreground. This creates an illusion of depth, making the website page feel more interactive and dimensional.

Both the Feature Large C and the Feature Large F Widgets have this visual enhancement.
Both widgets have a large background image that is the perfect candidate for this kind of parallax scrolling movement. Be reassured, you need do nothing differently in your preparation of the background images. The effect works perfectly on all devices.

How Can I Add the Parallax Scroll Effect?
Simply checking the "Enable Animation" checkbox at the bottom of the widget properties window will automatically turn on the animation.

We are excited to add this effect to these two widgets and look forward to seeing the animation appear on ATLAS websites very soon.

A new alternative way to activate the pop-up window property is now available in the Feature Callout Widget. One of the two buttons can be utilized as a pop-up activator while the plus icon is hidden. This nifty property can be applied to one button only with a second button still available for any typical target URL such as another page in the site, a PDF document, etc. Read more about the enhanced functionality in the full article.
