Feature Callout Widget Updated with new Button Functionality
Oct 16, 2024
Originally, the Feature Callout Widget allowed for a pop-up window that would contain additional content. The pop-up is activated by clicking on the plus icon in the upper right of the widget.
A new alternative way to activate the pop-up is now available in the Feature Callout Widget. One of the two buttons can be utilized as a pop-up activator while the plus icon is hidden.
This nifty property can be applied to one button only with a second button still available for any typical target URL such as another page in the site, a PDF document, etc.
The pop-up window continues to have a minus icon in the upper right to allow for closing the window. In addition, clicking on the page outside the pop-up window will also close it.
Note that the pop-up window is actually a reveal window in the background coding so it will not fail in browsers with pop-ups suppressed.
