If you cannot remember your username or password, or have never been setup with one, contact our team by clicking below and we will set you up with one or resend you your information.

How can I get a new employee access to the back end of the website?

If you need a new employee to have access to the back end of your site, contact our team and we will set them up!

My credentials are not working, how can I get in?

You can reset your password. If that still doesn’t work, contact our team and we will take a look at your credentials.

Kentico is extremely slow, is there anything I can do?

First, are you working in an incognito or private browser? Kentico works faster in these browser windows because it is not as bogged down with stored memory (the cache).

A widget seems to be broken, how do I fix this?

If a widget was broken, but was working recently—something outside of your control has occurred. Fill out our service request for and a member of our team will be in contact with you promptly.

 


 

I need to make a change to the website and I do not know how to do it. Who do I contact? 

Our staff are trained to all know how to manage the day to day tasks on your website. However, there may be some instances where some staff members are more knowledgable than others. See the table below to know who to contact depending on what you want to do on your website:

What do I do if my social feeds are not working (not pulling through)?

First, did you recently change any settings on any of your social accounts, specifically privacy settings? If you did, this change may be causing the social feeds to not work. If that is not the issue, contact us to see if there is a bigger issue or bug preventing the social feeds from working.

The AnswerPlot and AnswerTech articles that are in my news feed do not have images. Why is this?

The AnswerPlot and Answer Tech website are not managed by our team. If the photos are not pulling through or appear broken, we need to work with our coworkers at WinField United that work on these sites to ensure the photos pull through. Simply let us know that you are seeing broken or strange images and we will let those teams know.

How do I know which page type to use when creating a new page?

Our page types are built specifically for different purposes. We strive to make as easy of an experience for you as possible, while still giving you a unique and highly funcctional website. Chosing a page type is dependent on what you are trying to do! Check out the table to below to help you understand what page type to use where!

Why is a page in the navigation that shouldnt be?

Pages will show in the navigation if you do not uncheck the box for them to not be shown. This is espeicially true if the page is on the same level as a main-navigation or subnavigation page. Go to the Navigation Tab (under the Properties dropdown) and uncheck the box “Show in Navigation”
